Designed for the multi-station facilities, the Hakko HJ3080 is the most
efficient and cost-effective fume extraction system available.
Hakko's proven multi-stage filtering process
removes air contaminants from large particles to as small as 0.01 micron.
Harmful pollutants are safely extracted from the work area, contributing to
a healthier and happier environment.
Direct connection of intake
ports to tip extractors provide nearly 100 percent fume extraction right at
the source and a complete line of Hakko extraction accessories allow
operators numerous workstation configurations.
Improving safety,
increasing worker productivity and keeping in line with strict budgets are
important considerations. Hakko's HJ3080 Fume Extraction System helps
manufacturers reach these objectives by providing the highest level of air
purification at the most affordable prices.
Hakko HJ3080
The HJ3080 (pictured above) instantly removes smoke and fumes right at the
source. A replaceable absorption pipe, attached directly to the soldering
iron, absorbs harmful pollutants before they can be inhaled.
The contaminated air is extracted from the soldering process and transferred
to the HJ3080 by in intake manifold. Two intake ports are provided for the
most balanced operation, although using both ports are not necessary.*
Extraction Options
Tip extractors may be attached directly to the soldering
iron. These extractors are connected to the intake manifold of the HJ3080 by
lengths of tubing. This tubing may be cut to any desired length (4 feet
nominal).
Ergonomic, retractable absorption pipes are molded directly to the
soldering iron.
Integrated Irons:
XXXC1265 - Medium Iron
XXXC1267 - Large Iron
Absorption Pipes:
XXXB2261 - Small Pipe (optional)
XXXB2260 - Large Pipe (standard)
Absorption nozzles with snake hoses may be used where the operator cannot
or does not wish to use the absorption pipes. Snake hoses may be set to any
desired length when only one station is being used (18 inches is nominal).*
*When using both ports, the maximum length of manifold is 260 feet (130
feet per side). Up to 80 tip extractors may be used.
When using one port, we recommend the manifold be no longer than 200 feet
and no more than 40 workstations be attached.
The HJ3080 absorption nozzles provide fume extraction right at the source
of the soldering or de-soldering process.
